چکیده
Questionnaire instruments have been used extensively by researchers in the literature review for evaluation of various aspects public transportation. Important implications derived from those to improve transport. However, it is important that instruments, which are designed measure stimuli, meet criteria reliability reflect a real impact stressors. Particularly, given diverse range commuter characteristics considered this study, necessary ensure reliable and accurate. This can be achieved finding relationship between item’s properties underlying unobserved trait, being measured. The item response theory (IRT) refers measurement an instrument’s examining trait observed items. In determine if our instrument suffers any potentially associated problems, IRT analysis was conducted. employed based on graded model (GRM) due ordinal nature data. Various such as discriminability informativity items were tested. For instance, found while classical test (CTT) confirm instrument, highlight some concerns regarding instrument. Also, person fit assessment measure, highlights concern respondents answering questions lack interest, choosing answers randomly. Not many studies examined instruments’ determining psychological impacts transportation commuters way performed here.
